Mazencito is a Jeddah pizzeria built around one oven and a short list of things worth doing properly — blistered Neapolitan-style pizza, hand-rolled pasta, and a dining room that stays open long after most kitchens close.
The Short Version
One oven, run properly, every night.
Mazencito started as a single wood-fired oven on King Abdulaziz Branch Road and stayed that way on purpose. The dough proofs for a full day, the sauce is just tomato, salt and time, and the kitchen runs late — because Jeddah's best conversations tend to happen after midnight.
Every pizza goes in and comes out in under two minutes. Everything else on the menu — pasta, salads, dolci — is built to match that same standard: few ingredients, all of them good.
